For me, life has been a love affair with desserts, especially chocolate. It’s been my constant, essential companion—a devotion that turned me into a purist on a quest for the perfect, unadulterated taste. I crave that deep, resonant kick, the one that speaks directly to the soul. I searched the globe for this perfection, only to realize I had to create it myself.
We reject conventional cacao mass or couverture, which often conceal unlisted sugars and additives. Instead, we work with just three pure ingredients:
- We painstakingly slow-grind locally sourced, raw, organic cacao beans—the pure essence.
- We blend them with wholesome nuts.
- We sweeten them with a mere whisper of dark jaggery.
